Manage residential projects, coordinate purchasing of materials/furnitures, and follow up on delivery. Prepare purchase orders, verify/receiving documents. Assist in developing project scopes, space plans, bid documents, AIA contracts/documents, and timelines. Weekly on site meetings with client, Architects, and director for review of progress. Produce projects status reports, review and submit change orders as required.
